Letter in The Daily Telegraph SIR – The card claiming that you were out when a postman tried to deliver a packet (Letters, October 9) instructs you to use the website to arrange “redelivery”, or to telephone. The website asks for the 13-digit code that the postmen are supposed to have written on the card. [...]
