Honesty in politics! Whatever will they try next?

DAVID CAMERON says the Tories must be honest with the public, particularly about the need to cut state expenditure. Not to do so would, apparently, be “dishonest and irresponsible.”
We’d certainly like to see rather more honesty across the board by politicians.
Any bets on how long it lasts?
