It isn’t just in Europe that snow is creating havoc with travel plans. Snowstorms on the Eastern seaboard of the United States mean that many flights have been cancelled. Delta Airlines customers, however, were particularly incensed to find that, when they rang the airline to try to find out whether they could fly or not, if they managed to get the line to ring at all, the hold music was, wait for it…
