Proof Elvis IS alive
Those people who maintain that Elvis Presley might not have died in 1977 after all would appear to be vindicated. This ad for “Elvis Presley in Concert” claims that he is to play six provincial British cities next February and March.
The ad (click to enlarge it) doesn’t say it’s an impersonator. It says it’s Elvis himself. Could this be a rare win-win situation for punters? In the unlikely event that it turns out not to be Elvis Presley performing, they will surely be able to ask for their money back and get a free concert. Of course, if it is Presley, he’ll be 75, so there may not be quite as much hip-swivelling as in his glory days.

I just hope NASA can get him back from the moon in time. And they’d better have a space suit big enough to fit Shergar, as well.
