		<description>By all accounts, it&#039;s tougher (though as it&#039;s impossible to order zebu AS zebu in the UK, it&#039;s difficult to compare the two at the same time). But there are serious questions over animal welfare and disease in some of the places it comes from. If it&#039;s as good as domestic meat, why don&#039;t they just tell people what it is instead of concealing it? It&#039;s the lack of openness that bothers us the most, just as many manufacturers don&#039;t tell us that the processed chicken in their products comes from those horrendous factories in Thailand, often injected with beef and pig protein.</description>
